| Boarding Full Board Includes Timothy/Alfalfa Hay, Premium grain, fresh water, administering supplements (Smart Pak Preferred), Clean shavings, stalls cleaned twice daily, daily individual/buddy turnout, blanketing and appropriate boots for turnout purchased at owners expense, mid-afternoon blanket take off, vet and farrier appointments scheduled and laundry service. Pony Board Includes all the amenities of Full Board only this package is exclusively for ponies!!! Non Training / Lay up / Retiree Board Includes all the amenities of Full Board plus lunging or hand walking, wrapping and five days a week grooming. *Board is due by the 5th of each month. Each day after the 5th there is a $5 per day late fee. Lesson Fees Private: (One Hour) $50 for all boarders $55 on WF horse Semi-Private: (One Hour) $40 per person for all boarders $45 per person on WF horse *Lessons for non-boarders are billed on a pre-pay basis. *Lessons for boarders will be billed as follows, previous month's lessons with current month's board. *All lessons must be canceled 24 hours in advance of lesson time unless there is an emergency. *Clients canceling within the 24 hour period will be charged for the full lesson.
